We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have be able to effectively manage Scrum teams. Experience in the banking or the telecommunication sector will be considered a strong asset.
Responsabilities:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Retrospective)
- Ensure the implementation and adherence off different practices, such as SAFe, within the teams
- Coordinate and manage two Scrum teams to ensure high-quality product delivery
- Work closely with Product Owners to maximize the value of delivered products
- Identify and resolve obstacles that could impact team progress
- Promote a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
- Provide regular project progress reports to stakeholders
- Understand and support support teams to ensure a smooth transition of projects to production
Additional Skills:
- Knowledge of Agile management tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)
- Understanding of support teams and their role in the project lifecycle
Must have:
- Languages: NL or FR and ENG (MANDATORY FR or NL)

- 5 years of proven experience as a Scrum Master
