Our client is a global platform that aims to simplify all buying and selling travel needs of travel partners across the world. Today, their product range goes from air, hotels, rail, holiday packages, car rentals, transfers, sightseeing, cruise, and cargo.

Your Responsibilities:
- Onboarding and Training: Welcome and train new partners on our client's B2B platform, while building their confidence in using its tools.
- Relationship Development and Maintenance: Maintain existing business by developing strong commercial and personal relationships with partners at all levels, while negotiating commercial and financial terms.
- New Client Acquisition: Identify and capitalize on new opportunities to achieve the team's sales targets.
- On-Site Visits and Webinars: Conduct on-site visits at least 4 days a week to support agents, organize trainings or webinars, and introduce new products to increase sales.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor client and team performance daily using BI tools to drive better results.
- Issue Coordination: Collaborate with the support team to resolve issues promptly.
- Regular Reporting: Provide regular reports to the regional manager.
Profil recherché
Essential Skills:
- Previous experience in the travel industry is mandatory (minimum 5 years in a similar role). A strong network with travel agents in Andalusia is essential.
- Ability to analyze data and utilize BI tools.
- Ambitious, self-driven, and results-oriented mindset with excellent business communication skills.
- Strong experience in B2B negotiations and sales management.
- Proven expertise in developing local sales, ideally with an online travel platform, Bedbank, or a SaaS solutions company in the travel sector.
- Demonstrated sales skills and a successful track record in the local travel industry.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies, products, and procedures.
- Willingness to travel regularly as part of the role.
- Full proficiency in English and Spanish.
