Our customer is the leading international manufacturer of solar cables, plug-in cable solutions for cable boxes and in-line fuses for the photovoltaic industry. Its mission is to provide operators of solar photovoltaic installations with integrated, tailor-made cabling and switching solutions. The company already has a small portfolio of customers in Italy, worth between 3 and 4 million euros in annual revenue.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities : You will be the first member and pioneer of the Italian branch of the company, and will be responsible for the following tasks : - Supporting EPC-companies and PV-components producer to implement our wide portfolio into their project requirements. - You bear overall responsibility for sales and earnings on selected key markets. - Close collaboration with product management in Germany with career perspective of being part of the management in a future. - Analyzing the market and competitive environment. - Recognize customer potential, analyze and develop enhancing measurements and strategies to exploit customers potential. Advantages : - Home office - Fixed salary between 45k€ and 50k€ per annum, plus performance-related variable pay Recruitment process : - 1st meeting with the Managing Director of France. - 2nd meeting with the Managing Director of France and the Director of Germany (CEO). Career development opportunities : - In the medium term, you will be able to recruit your own team. - Possibility of promotion to a management position within 2-3 years, depending on market development. Required qualifications

- Expertise in sales of products and solutions needing technical explanations. - Pronounced understanding to meet customers' need with our system solutions. - Excellent communication and intercultural skills and highly team minded. - Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask. - Fluent in Italian (preferred native speaker) and excellent English skills. Additional languages are a plus. - Technical education or University degree in electrical engineering or similar scope. - Experiences in solar photovoltaic and storage industry.
