The project
As part of a logistics building project involving cold and controlled temperatures (cold rooms, fridges, etc.), we are looking for a Program Manager to work on the owner's side.
The position is ASAP for a 2-year project.
It is located near Malaga in Spain, with some travel to town 40 km away.
Job Description
Missions
The Program manager will supervise the project as Developer/Promoter.
He/she will be responsible for the technical, administrative and legal aspects of the project, as well as monitoring the MOEX companies.
Required qualifications
Skills
With a degree in construction/civil engineering, you have at least 5 years' experience in property programme management in the context of industrial/logistics projects.
You are fluent in Spanish and French/English.
