Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Agentforce Developer to join our talented team. This is a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI and automation technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development, along with experience in working with Agentforce or similar AI-powered tools within Salesforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications using Agentforce and other Salesforce technologies.
- Implement AI-driven automation solutions across various business functions, including sales, service, and marketing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and build AI agents to streamline business processes.
- Ensure integration of Salesforce tools with other enterprise systems, optimizing data flow and automation.
- Perform testing, debugging, and optimization of Agentforce-driven applications.
- Provide ongoing support and enhancements to deployed systems.
Required qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
- Proven experience with Agentforce or similar AI-driven automation tools.
- Familiarity with Salesforce components such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Process Builder.
- Strong understanding of automation and AI concepts in business environments.
- Experience with Salesforce AppExchange and integration best practices.
- Knowledge of AI technologies and machine learning is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with teams remotely.
