Your Mission
As a Data Engineer, you will:
- Collaborate with solution/data architects, data analysts, and other stakeholders to design and implement cutting-edge Azure-based data solutions.
- Integrate new data sources into the Azure data platform, ensuring seamless data flow and accessibility.
- Contribute to the development of scalable, high-quality data products that support business objectives and analytics.
We're seeking a skilled and motivated Data Engineer with the following qualifications:
- Experience: 3-5 years in business intelligence and data engineering.
Technical Expertise:
- Strong understanding of data integration tools, ETL/ELT processes, data modeling concepts, and data warehouse architecture.
- Hands-on experience with DWH platforms like Azure Data Warehouse or MS SQL Server.
- Proficiency in SQL and programming languages such as Python or PowerShell (scripting level).
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Data Platform tools (Synapse, Data Factory, Data Lake, Power BI, etc.).
- Ability to work with and integrate various data sources (databases, REST APIs, Kafka, etc.).
- Soft Skills: Fluent in English (written and spoken), with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Required qualifications
As a Data Engineer, you will:
- Develop and maintain a robust data architecture to ensure consistency, integrity, and scalability across all data domains.
- Collect business data requirements, identify data sources, and perform data validation and integration.
- Design, build, and manage ETL/ELT processes to extract, transform, and load data into Azure data storage solutions.
- Create and implement data models that meet business needs and enable advanced analytics.
- Utilize data quality tools to test the Data Platform solution and recommend corrective and preventive actions to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
