Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Project Manager to lead integration projects in a dynamic and collaborative environment. In this role, you will oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring smooth execution and successful delivery. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners to align project outcomes with business objectives.
This is a hands-on role where you will manage timelines, risks, and resources while fostering clear communication between technical and non-technical teams. If you enjoy solving complex challenges and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage integration projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to define project goals, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and documentation to track progress and milestones.
- Identify potential risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding.
- Manage change requests, ensuring proper documentation and approvals are in place.
- Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and key decisions.
- Ensure all projects adhere to organizational standards, policies, and best practices.
Required qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a strong focus on integration projects.
- Solid understanding of system integration concepts, APIs, data flows, and middleware solutions.
- Hands-on experience with BizTalk, Azure, and EBS (Enterprise Business Solutions) is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches) and tools.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and challenges.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); Polish language skills are an advantage.
- Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications) are a plus.
