Job Description
We are looking for a Scrum Master to lead agile processes in a team of experienced professionals. You will work on an innovative project in the education sector, ensuring smooth collaboration, agile best practices, and continuous delivery of high-quality solutions.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).
- Remove roadblocks and foster team collaboration.
- Ensure agile best practices and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with product owners and development teams.
- Track and optimize sprint progress using agile tools.
Required qualifications
- Proven experience working as a Scrum Master.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- English proficiency (B2/C1) for an international work environment.
- Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM) preferred.
