Job Description
The Requirements Manager role is responsible for implementing, executing, and maintaining the Requirements Management Plan for the program to ensure proper management and eventual sign-off of both technical and non-technical program requirements, including areas such as service delivery, software development, health/safety/environment, security, legal, project management, and various other contractual obligations.
Responsibilities:
* Implement, refine, and maintain the Requirements Management Plan in collaboration with all stakeholders. Track and report on the progress of the Requirement Management Plan's implementation.
* Collaborate closely with Configuration Management in identifying, managing, and maintaining requirements baselines. Work with the Program Manager and other stakeholders to assign and maintain accurate ownership of requirements.
* Lead, Manage, Estimate, and/or Plan subsidiary activities such as requirements analysis & decomposition, compliance tracking & reporting, and change analysis. As part of the overall change control board, ensure the correct handling of new or modified requirements arising through contract amendments and contract taskings.
* Report on compliance approach and compliance status of any and all requirements, as required.
* Ensure proper documentation/templates are followed in accordance with corporate policy.
* Ensure changes to requirements are managed properly through change management process.
Required qualifications
* Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in requirements management.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience as part of a cross-functional or multidisciplinary team.
* Demonstrated hands on experience with ComplyPro, IBM DOORS, or Polarion.
