As part of a high-stakes technology transition project in the aerospace sector, we are looking for a senior electronics engineer to support the adaptation of a validated design into a version suitable for high-reliability avionics applications and subsequent transfer to mass production.
🔍 Project Objectives:
- Adapt the existing electronic design to meet high-reliability standards (target MTBF > 45,000 hours)
- Lead or contribute to reliability analysis activities (MTBF, FMEDA), and Design for Reliability (DfR) reviews
- Define and oversee qualification test campaigns (thermal, vibration, ESD, etc.)
- Integrate Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Test (DFT) principles to support industrial ramp-up
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (R&D, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Partners)
Profil recherché
✅ Required Skills & Experience:
Degree in Electronics Engineering or related field
Minimum 10 years of experience in design, qualification, or industrialization of electronic systems
Strong knowledge of aerospace or space-related standards (DO-254, MIL-HDBK-217, FIDES, etc.)
Solid background in electronic reliability analysis and qualification testing
Experience in international project environments – fluent English is mandatory
