Job Description

What you'll do
Drive client acquisition and retention—be the go-to person for strategic client relationships.
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Junior and Senior Business Managers. Squad of 10 corporate warriors and 40 consultants.
Own your KPIs and ensure your team smashes their targets.
Coordinate closely with recruiters to match top talent with top clients.
Upsell, cross-sell, and develop long-term partnerships across our diverse service lines.

Lead & manage – Coach and grow a team of Business Managers 🤝
Hunt & close deals – Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract 🏆
Expand key accounts – Develop long-term, high-value partnerships 💎
Collaborate with recruiters – Find and place top-tier consultants 👨‍💻
Report directly to the executive board – Your impact is seen & valued

Required qualifications

What we're looking for
3+ years in sales & management – Experience in consulting/IT is a plus 💡
Sharp business mindset – You think strategy & execute fast ⚡
Strong leadership – You know how to drive performance & motivate a team 🚀
Fluent in German & English – French is a plus 🇩🇪🇬🇧
