Job Description
JOB OBJECTIVE:
- Coordinates and handles parts, components, materials and sub-assemblies to supply repair.
- Coordinates Supply Chain & Warehouse management activities.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receiving, Shipping and Binning activities within a warehouse environment.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems, with specific expertise in Warehouse Management functionality.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inventory management.
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with team members to streamline warehouse operations.
- Inspecting incoming goods for quality and quantity, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Coordinates repairs/spares flow in accordance with contractual-expected On Time Delivery and enters relevant data within the Information System (ERP, …)
- Performs conditioning and packaging tasks, following predefined rules
- Performs operations of incoming reception and out-going shipments.
- Organizes or manages inventories and analyses the deviation causes
- Proposes improvement action plans
Required qualifications
Requirements:
- Knowledge of the receiving inspection procedure for Aircraft parts.
- Experience in Avionics Technician Maintenance.
- Knowledge of EASA/FAA regulations for commercial aircraft operation and handling of spare parts.
