About the Role
We are seeking a forward-thinking Information Solution Architect to help shape the future of our information architecture. This is a strategic role that blends deep technical expertise with business insight, aimed at building a robust, coherent, and scalable data ecosystem. You will play a key role in enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization, ensuring we can understand, manage, and leverage our data assets effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Implement Information Architecture: Design and implement a robust information architecture to address the current fragmented landscape. Create frameworks for data integration, consistency, and availability across the organization.
- Enhance Data Capabilities: Identify capability gaps, develop data models, implement data governance frameworks, and establish clear data standards and policies.
- Bridge Business and Technology: Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions and architectures that support strategic decision-making.
- Promote Data Transparency: Develop tools and methodologies such as data dictionaries, metadata management, and data lineage to foster organization-wide data understanding.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Act as a bridge between IT, business units, and leadership to align architecture initiatives with business goals. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to increase data literacy.
- Technology and Vendor Strategy: Apply the "Adopt, Adapt, Buy, Build" principle to ensure scalable and sustainable data solutions aligned with industry best practices.
Required qualifications
Key Qualifications
- Experience: 5–7 years in a solution architecture role, with strong experience in business analysis or related fields.
- Technical Expertise: Proven experience in designing IT and data management solutions, with proficiency in analytics platforms and cloud technologies.
- Business Acumen: Strong analytical and strategic skills with the ability to connect business needs with technical outcomes.
- Strategic Vision: Ability to align information solutions with broader business goals and understand market and technology trends.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Agile Mindset: Experience working within agile frameworks, ideally SAFe, with a focus on iterative improvement and adaptability.
